Please take a moment to look around and see what the site has to offer. You will see we have included a lot of information on this site including a classified advertisement section, web polls, and the full Indentures.

If you are a Wildhorse or Wilderness of Wildhorse resident, please be sure to sign-up in the left menu area for a user password to the private areas of this website and optionally sign up for the subdivision email list if you wish to receive these messages.

Ten ACC Restrictions You Should Know About PDF Print E-mail

The Wildhorse Indenture of Trust and Restrictions document contains all the restrictions that apply to the Wildhorse and Wilderness of Wildhorse subdivisions. The Indentures are legal limitations attached to the title of your property. Those Indenture rules listed below are ten that most often surprise new residents who have not read the Indentures and are listed here for your convenience. Notes have been added, where appropriate, to aid the reader with finding forms or receiving more information on the subject. Remember that these restrictions are attached to the title to your property and legally binding on all homeowners.

Lasiandra Lake Update PDF Print E-mail

Several residents have asked about the low water levels in Lasiandra Lake.  This is not a new problem, many are aware that a well was installed many years ago to keep the lake full but this was ineffective.  The Trustees have requested Strata Services to perform an inspection.  Strata has implemented their technologies to successfully repair leakage on over 300 lakes and dams, including Lake Chesterfield that suddenly failed a few years ago.

Update: Several residents have noticed that green dye was added to the lake to see if the leak can be traced.  One of our residents noticed the die leaking into the stream along the nature trail.  This has been an important clue to solving this long term problem.  Now it is up to the residents to keep an eye out along the lake edges for where the water is leaving the lake.  This might be bubbles, running water, whirlpools, etc.  If anyone sees something like this, please mark the spot with a stick or identifiable later and call a Trustee.

Stay tuned...
